In any case, if the situation remains as it is and does not change, the ministry's research centre has estimated an impact of around 10% on Italian exports to the US in the event of reciprocal tariffs of 20%.’ This was stated by the Minister for Enterprise and Made in Italy, Adolfo Urso, in his report to the Senate on tariffs. ‘While the impact would fall to 6.5% if the tariffs were halved, i.e. to 10% of reciprocal tariffs, these are only hypotheses,’ he stressed.
