Rome, June 4 (LaPresse) – Nine articles, ranging from local and regional public services to air transport, healthcare, and professional firms. This is the draft, seen by LaPresse, of the annual bill on market and competition, which is expected to be reviewed by the Council of Ministers this afternoon. Among the provisions is a measure on electric charging stations, aimed at structuring the authorization procedures for the construction and management of charging infrastructure by both public and private entities, “in order to encourage, all other things being equal, the presence of multiple operators managing the infrastructure within municipal territories.” The draft also introduces updates regarding professional firms: “The shareholding structure must allow professionals to hold a two-thirds majority in resolutions or decisions, according to the rules of the chosen corporate model. Failure to meet this requirement will result in the dissolution of the firm, and the relevant professional association or board will proceed with its removal from the register, unless the professional shareholding is restored within a mandatory six-month period. Special provisions in the regulations of specific professions are preserved.”
