Milan, 1 September (LaPresse) – Intesa Sanpaolo's IMI Corporate & Investment Banking (IMI CIB) Division, led by Mauro Micillo, is strengthening its commitment to the training and development of its professionals in Italy and abroad, promoting targeted initiatives and collaborations with universities of excellence. This was reported in a note from Intesa Sanpaolo, emphasising how, in recent years, the Division, in collaboration with the Group's Learning Strategy, has developed numerous professional growth initiatives capable of responding to the evolution of the competitive and technological context of the financial sector, aimed at both people already working in the bank and those who have yet to enter the world of work. One of the flagship initiatives is the IMI CIB Next Generation Executive Programme, developed in collaboration with SDA Bocconi, a two-year programme for young people in the Division, which recently completed its second edition and has already seen the participation of over 100 young people under the age of 36 from 25 countries since its launch. This experience allows participants to build a solid international network, promoting the development of intercultural skills and the ability to interpret emerging trends, which are essential for tackling the challenges of a rapidly changing sector.
