Cars, Elkann: ‘Urgent changes to current European regulations’

Rome, 10 November (LaPresse) – The hope is that in Europe and Italy "we will continue to build extraordinary cars, like those we have built so far. On 25 November in Turin, we will present the 500 hybrid. We are continuing our intense work with European institutions to urgently make the necessary changes to current European regulations so that we can offer customers the products they want and need." These were the words of Stellantis Chairman John Elkann at the official presentation of the partnership between the Milan-Cortina Winter Olympics organising committee and Stellantis' Italian brands at the CONI headquarters in Rome's Foro Italico. ‘We must move quickly and in unison if we want to secure the future of a crucial sector in Europe and Italy,’ he added.
