INPS, single allowance: ‘18.1 billion paid to 6.3 million families in the first 11 months of 2025’

Milan, 21 January (LaPresse) – In the first eleven months of 2025, £18.1 billion in allowances were paid to families, in addition to the £19.9 billion paid in 2024. This was reported by INPS in its update of the Statistical Observatory on the Universal Single Allowance (AUU) published today with reference to the period January 2024 – November 2025. A total of 6,279,392 households received the allowance in 2025, for a total of 9,935,828 children: the average amount per child in November 2025, including applicable increases, stood at €174, ranging from approximately €58 for those who do not submit an ISEE or exceed the maximum threshold (which for 2025 is €45,939.56) to €224 for the minimum ISEE class (€17,227.33 for 2025).
