Rome, 27 February. (LaPresse) – Pay rises and back pay are on the way for 120,000 doctors and 17,000 non-medical healthcare managers, according to the new national collective labour agreement for doctors and healthcare managers for the three-year period 2022-24, which was finally signed this morning by Aran with Anaao-Assomed and Federazione Cimo-Fesmed. Fassid has also signed up, while Cgil remains firm in its position. Following the preliminary agreement signed on 18 November, the agreement verification process has been successfully completed: the contract can now officially come into force. The pay increases – which should be paid as early as the next pay packet – range from €322 gross per month for initial professional positions to €530 gross per month for directors of complex surgical units. The arrears, on the other hand, range from €8,710 for initial professional positions to €14,540 for directors of complex surgical units, gross of the contractual holiday allowance already paid.
