Milan, 19 May (LaPresse) – Google’s AI Overviews has reached 2.5 billion monthly users, whilst AI Mode has over 1 billion users. This was reported by Google CEO Sundar Pichai at the annual ‘I/O’ developers’ conference. Gemini had 400 million users in 2025, and by 2026 this figure had risen to over 900 million.
