Venice, 3 September (LaPresse) – Pietro Marcello's film “Duse”, in competition at the Venice Film Festival, was well received by the audience. The film, in which Valeria Bruni Tedeschi plays Eleonora Duse, the first great diva of Italian cinema, received 11 minutes of applause and emotion from the cast present in the theatre.
