Music: Grignani cancels three concerts: ‘Health issues require my attention’

Rome, 27 March (LaPresse) – Gianluca Grignani has cancelled the concerts scheduled for 23 May at the Lanciano Forum in Castelraimondo (Macerata), 25 May at Alcatraz in Milan and 27 May at the Atlantico in Rome. The singer has been forced to cancel the live shows due to “minor physical issues”, as he himself announced. “I was really happy to be back on stage and to see you all again, my people. You’ve shown me all your affection since the day we announced the concerts, which were almost sold out two months before the tour began and which represented just the start of a new journey to undertake together. Then, the enthusiasm of the audience I met again on the streets of Sanremo and the chance to sing at the Festival once more made me want to perform live even more,” says Grignani. “I’ve been in the studio for months preparing for the live shows and finishing the album. In recent days, however, some minor physical issues have arisen – not serious, but significant enough to require my constant attention – so, unfortunately, I now have to take a break. I hope you can understand how difficult it is for me to decide to put music on hold – something that has always been my top priority – and to stay close to you even now. I’ll be back soon, I promise, and we’ll sing and play even louder!” From today, Friday 27 March, until 27 April, you can request a refund for your tickets via the sales channel used at the time of purchase.
