Rome, April 9 (LaPresse) – "Mark Samson is desperate and cries every evening because he regrets the murder." This is what Mark Samson's lawyer, Fabrizio Gallo, said to LaPresse after leaving the Regina Coeli prison. Samson, the 23-year-old arrested for allegedly stabbing his ex-girlfriend, Ilaria Sula, to death, is being defended by Gallo. Meanwhile, the scientific police conducted another inspection of the apartment on Via Homs 8, in the African district of Rome, where, according to the Rome Public Prosecutor's Office and the Mobile Squad, Samson allegedly killed the young woman. Investigators from the scientific police were looking for other traces of people who may have entered the apartment after the crime and might have helped the 23-year-old remove the body, which was then abandoned in a ravine at Monte Guadagnolo in Capranica Prenestina. Yesterday, investigators focused on two twenty-year-olds, friends of the killer, who had been stopped with him at a checkpoint on the night of April 1st at 3 a.m. on Via Accademia degli Agiati in Tor Marancia, Rome.
