Milan, 11 May (LaPresse) – A rubber dinghy was rescued south of Lampedusa by the Nadir, a ship belonging to the German NGO ResqShip. According to the NGO, there were 62 migrants on board, including 17 women, two newborns and four small children. After three days of difficulties in the Mediterranean, the crew took charge of the numerous injured and provided first aid to the survivors. However, it was too late for two children and another person. The children, aged between three and four, were already dead, while the third person died despite attempts to resuscitate them.
