In Milan, signs in English say “Israelis not welcome”

Milan, 26 June (LaPresse) – Several signs with the words “Israelis are not welcome” written in white on a blue background have appeared in Milan, including near the Tolstoj metro station on the blue line. This was reported by Azione city councillor Daniele Nahum. 'Milan is plastered with signs saying ‘Israelis are not welcome’. Regardless of who leads the governments of states, whether they are democratic or not, putting up discriminatory signs against any nationality is an act worthy of the fascists of the 1930s. I will report this action to all the appropriate authorities. We are obviously reporting it to AMSA," Nahum commented.
