Villa Pamphili murder: Greek Court of Appeal gives green light to Kaufmann's extradition

Rome, 27 June (LaPresse) – According to LaPresse, the Court of Appeal of Larissa, Greece, has given the green light for the extradition and surrender to the Italian judiciary of Francis Kauffman, the 46-year-old American man accused of the double murder of Anastasia Trofimova and her daughter Andromeda. The bodies of the two victims were found on 7 June in Villa Pamphili, in Rome. Kauffman was arrested a few days later in a hostel in Skiathos. The extradition could take place within a few days. Kauffman will be questioned as soon as he arrives in Italy. The charge is aggravated murder.
