Milan, Sept. 12 (LaPresse) – Ten people are under investigation by the Milan Prosecutor’s Office for the collapse of the Hadid tower sign at Generali in City Life on June 30. As reported by Repubblica and confirmed by sources, prosecutors Maura Ripamonti and Francesca Celle have registered technicians, designers, and legal representatives of the companies involved in the installation and maintenance of the fallen sign as suspects for involuntary collapse. This crime does not directly implicate companies under the administrative liability law. The Prosecutor’s Office has appointed experts to determine the causes of the collapse, which caused no injuries or further damage, with technical inspections to be carried out in the presence of the defendants’ legal teams.
