Rome, Nov. 26 (LaPresse) – The Court of Cassation has ordered a new third-level appeal trial for Gabriele Bianchi, who is charged together with his brother Marco in the murder of Willy Monteiro, which took place on September 6, 2020 in the municipality of Colleferro, in the province of Rome. The life sentence for Marco Bianchi, however, has been upheld. The judges accepted the request submitted in court by the Prosecutor General of the Court of Cassation. The Court had already confirmed the responsibility of all defendants, and the sentences of 23 years for Francesco Belleggia and 21 years for Mario Pincarelli had already become final.
