Turin, Jan. 20 (LaPresse) – A 38-year-old man has been arrested for slashing his partner’s face, a 22-year-old woman, causing permanent facial injuries. The Carabinieri arrested the man in Giaveno, in the province of Turin. On January 11, the officers were called to the hospital by emergency room doctors where the woman had gone for treatment. According to investigators, the two had argued over jealousy, and the quarrel escalated into the attack. Both have prior police records.
