Rome, 26 January (LaPresse) – ‘The Data Protection Authority takes note of the ruling by the Court of Rome overturning the sanction imposed on Rai for the broadcast of the audio recording of the conversation between former minister Sangiuliano and his wife by “Report”. This ruling is respected, as are all rulings by the judicial authorities.’ This was stated by the Authority in a note in which it ‘naturally reserves the right to evaluate the appeal to the Court of Cassation.’
