Milan, 26 January (LaPresse) – The appeal filed by Alfonso Signorini's lawyers, Daniela Missaglia and Domenico Aiello, to block the second episode of “Falsissimo”, scheduled for today, and “remove the content already broadcast” has been upheld. The ruling by civil judge Roberto Pertile “orders” Fabrizio Corona “to immediately remove from every hosting provider and every social media platform directly or indirectly attributable to him, all videos” and 'all content (text, audio and video)‘ indicated in the appeal, ’prohibits and inhibits‘ Corona from publishing, disseminating or sharing, by any means or instrument and on any hosting provider, any further videos or content of a defamatory nature or which in any way damages, directly or indirectly, the appellant's right to reputation, image and privacy’.
