Milan, 4 February (LaPresse) – Nunzio Samuele Calamucci, an IT specialist at Enrico Pazzali's Equalize, obtained Ilaria Salis's ‘criminal record certificate’ while she was in prison in Hungary. On 11 June 2024, three days before the Brianza teacher and anti-fascist activist was released from Budapest to return to Italy thanks to her immunity as a member of the European Parliament with the Green and Left Alliance group, Calamucci sent screenshots of Salis's criminal record to Vincenzo De Marzio, a former ROS carabiniere and former member of the secret services, accused by the Milan Public Prosecutor's Office of criminal association and unauthorised access to a computer system in the investigation into the Via Pattari gang. This is what emerges from a new report by the Special Operations Group – Milan Anti-Crime Department, viewed by LaPresse, in which the military, led by Commander Andrea Ilari, notify the public prosecutor of the District Anti-Mafia Directorate, Francesco De Tommasi, the results of the analysis of forensic copies of all Calamucci's devices. Calamucci is considered the IT mastermind of Pazzali's company and the creator of the “Beyond” system for compiling dossiers mixing legitimate and illegally acquired information. This involves a total of 128 gigabytes of data, collected on a pen drive, which reveals Equalize's business relationships, in particular with large public and private companies and with the most important business law firms in Milan and Italy. Salis' criminal record was acquired on 16 May 2024, while the AVS MEP is still in prison in Hungary for taking part in an alleged beating of Antifa during the neo-Nazi commemoration of “Honour Day”, which celebrates the “resistance” of the SS against the advance of the Red Army during the Second World War. This was reported by Calamucci and acquired through the Rome Public Prosecutor's Office. “Regularly paid” as evidenced by the “revenue stamp”, writes the Milan ROS, but according to the military, however, “nothing else emerges” from any device or chat logs in the case files “to understand the reason” for sending the document to former 007 De Marzio, at the centre of many mysteries in the investigation into dossier-building and cyber spies. Certainly, in those days, between 11 June 2024 and 14 June 2024 (the date of Salis' return to Italy after 466 days in Hungarian prisons), news and articles began to appear in the media and newspapers concerning the MEP's criminal record, which had also been reported several times by Aler, the Lombardy residential construction company that manages social housing in Lombardy, for participating in anti-eviction pickets and squatting.
