L'Aquila, 30 April (LaPresse) – ‘The court did not dismiss the case; it referred it back to the Juvenile Court.’ This was clarified to LaPresse by lawyer Danila Solis, who, alongside Marco Femminella, is representing the Trevillon-Birmingham couple in their case seeking the reunification of their three minor children: 6-year-old twins and an 8-year-old girl. The appeal by the “Family in the woods” has not been rejected but referred back to the Juvenile Court of L'Aquila, the lawyer clarified in reference to the decision of the Court of Appeal, which ruled on the case of the children who have been separated from their parents for more than five months. It will be the Juvenile Court that decides on the reunification of the Family from Palmoli (Chieti).
