Milan, 3 June (LaPresse) – The joint report by the Carabinieri and the Guardia di Finanza on the investigations conducted as part of the inquiry involving former public prosecutor Mario Venditti regarding the dismissal of the case against Andrea Sempio in 2017 has been filed with the Brescia Public Prosecutor’s Office. The news was reported by Tg1 social media. According to reports, no evidence has emerged against the former public prosecutor to support the allegations of corruption made against him following the discovery of the famous note ‘Venditti GIP dismisses for 20, 30’. Meanwhile, according to the same reports, evidence has emerged that could worsen the position of certain lawyers and Carabinieri officers involved in the case at the time.
