For the first time in my life, I’ve received a notice of investigation—apparently as part of a broader inquiry involving multiple people.” This is what the President of the Calabria Region, Roberto Occhiuto, said in a video posted on social media. “I’ve been notified of an investigation for corruption. Me? After I’ve managed the Region with absolute integrity over the years, never doing anything even remotely close to corruption.”
