It will simply be fair.’ This was stated by Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani in an interview with Il Foglio. On the issue of frozen Russian assets, ‘Italy only expressed doubts on legal grounds, and in the end, an agreement was reached on Eurobonds,’ Tajani pointed out, adding, ‘We could not make a mistake. We remained faithful to our values and at the same time stood by Kiev.’
