Almasri case, Chamber presidency office ok with appeal to Consulta on Bartolozzi

Rome, 1 April. (LaPresse) – The Montecitorio bureau has decided, by majority with 11 votes in favor and 10 against, to raise the conflict of attribution before the Constitutional Court against the Rome prosecutor's office and the Court of Ministers regarding Giusi Bartolozzi, former head of cabinet of the Minister of Justice Carlo Nordio, under investigation for false statements to prosecutors in the Almasri case. Next week the Montecitorio chamber will be called to confirm the decision.
