DL Security, final approval from the Chamber with 162 yes and 102 no

Rome, 24 April. (LaPresse) – The Chamber definitively approved the Security decree with 162 votes in favour, 102 against and one abstention. Before the final vote on the Security decree, the FdI deputies sang the Italian anthem, thus challenging the opposition after they had sung 'Bella ciao'. The centre-left parliamentarians then stood up as well and started singing, with Angelo Bonelli leading the chorus with his hands. On the Government benches, Tourism Minister Gianmarco Mazzi and Undersecretary Matilde Siracusano stood up to sing, while Ministers Matteo Salvini and Matteo Piantedosi and Undersecretary Nicola Molteni remained seated.
