Rome, Apr. 20 (LaPresse) – The Dutch Mischa Bredewold ((SD Worx-Protime) won the 11th women's Amstel Gold Race, with start from Maastricht and arrival in Berg en Terblijt after 157.4 km. Bredewold crossed the finish line with an advantage of 7’ over a group of four riders, in which Ellen van Dijk (Lidl-Trek) won by overtaking Puck Pieterse (Fenix-Deceuninck) in the final metres to take second place. Fifth was Italian Silvia Persico.
