Basketball: NBA, Phoenix Suns trade Kevin Durant to the Houston Rockets

Milan, June 23 (LaPresse) – The first big move of the NBA offseason — and what a move it is. The Houston Rockets have acquired 15-time All-Star and four-time Olympic gold medalist Kevin Durant from the Phoenix Suns in a blockbuster deal finalized on Sunday.

According to U.S. media, the Rockets sent Dillon Brooks, Jalen Green, and six future draft picks to Phoenix as part of the trade. The deal is now pending NBA approval.

This move puts an end to weeks of speculation over Durant’s future. Several teams had been linked to him, including Miami and Minnesota, but in the end, Phoenix accepted Houston’s offer.
