Milan, 8 July. (LaPresse) – The New York Knicks have hired Mike Brown, two-time NBA Coach of the Year, after firing Tom Thibodeau. The Knicks offered Brown the job last week and announced on Monday that he would take over the team that reached the Eastern Conference finals last season for the first time in 25 years. Paolo Banchero, meanwhile, has signed the richest contract in Orlando Magic history. His five-year renewal is worth $239 million and could reach approximately $287 million if he obtains a supermax contract. Banchero was named Rookie of the Year in 2022-23 and an All-Star the following season. He led the Magic to two consecutive playoff appearances.
