MotoGP: Indonesian Grand Prix, Marc Marquez suffers collarbone injury

Rome, 5 October (LaPresse) – Marc Marquez, who crashed on the first lap of the Indonesian MotoGP Grand Prix after contact with Marco Bezzecchi, has suffered a collarbone injury. ‘We need to see if the ligament in my collarbone is broken or if the collarbone is dislocated,’ he told Sly Sport. ‘It's not the best way to celebrate the title, but Marco (Bezzecchi, ed.) apologised to me straight away. That's racing.’ The Spanish rider said he will fly to Madrid tonight for a medical consultation. ‘I hope to return as soon as possible, but always following what the doctors say,’ said the new world champion.
