Milan, 1 March (LaPresse) – Marco Bezzecchi on Aprilia won the Thai Grand Prix at the Buriram circuit, the first round of the MotoGP World Championship. The Rimini rider, who started from pole position, remained in the lead from start to finish, ahead of the two Spaniards Pedro Acosta on KTM and Raul Fernandez on an Aprilia from the Trackhouse MotoGP Team. It was a difficult day for Ducati, with Marc Marquez forced to retire and Francesco “Pecco” Bagnaia only ninth.
