In the semifinal the South Tyrolean, number 2 in the world, beat in two sets the German Alexander Zverev, number 4 Atp, with the score of 6-2, 6-4 in 1 hour and 24 minutes. For the title Sinner will face Daniil Medvedev, who in the second semifinal surprisingly defeated Carlos Alcaraz 6-3, 7-6.
