And that is still the case," Joe Biden writes in a letter summarizing his administration's 'record'. "It has been the privilege of my life to serve this nation for over 50 years," and "I have given my heart and soul to our nation," writes the U.S. president, who will address the nation tonight from the Oval Office of the White House. "The history is in your hands. The power is in your hands. The idea of America is in your hands. We just have to keep the faith and remember who we are. We are the United States of America, and there is simply nothing beyond our capabilities when we do it together," Biden concludes.
