Milan, 19 Feb (LaPresse) – Since this morning in Odessa a vast residential area, consisting of more than 500 multi-storey buildings, has been without electricity and heating, and 14 schools and 13 kindergartens are also without light and heating, as a result of a massive Russian aerial attack conducted by drones. This was announced by the mayor of Odessa, Gennady Trukhanov, reporting that the Russians launched a massive attack on a densely populated area of Odessa. Several explosions were heard in the city.
