This was announced on X by the Ukrainian president, Volodymyr Zelensky, adding that ‘repair teams are working non-stop’. ‘Once again civilian power facilities have been targeted, against which the Russian army has been relentlessly using missiles and attack drones for almost three years,’ Zelensky wrote on X.
