Milan, 6 March (LaPresse) – ‘Every day he makes statements that are far from reality and that contradict previous ones’. This was said by the spokeswoman for the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, commenting on what French President Emmanuel Macron said yesterday in a speech to the nation. This was reported by the Tass agency. Zakharova added that Macron ‘will have to apologise to his own people for having deceived them’ about past attempts to resolve the situation in Ukraine and the Minsk agreements, which, according to Zakharova, were violated by Paris itself.
