Washington (USA), Mar 24 (LaPresse) – Canada's new Prime Minister Mark Carney said he was open to talks with Donald Trump, but ‘on our terms as a sovereign country’. Speaking to reporters in Canada, Carney also said he expects the US president to wait for the outcome of the 28 April election before making a phone call to the winner.
