Moscow, 25 April (LaPresse) – Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova has confirmed the killing of the deputy chief of the Russian Armed Forces General Staff's Main Operations Directorate, Yaroslav Moskalik, in what she called ‘a terrorist act’. According to the official representative of the Russian Investigative Committee, Svetlana Petrenko, the explosion of the car next to which Moskalik was standing occurred following the detonation of a homemade explosive device filled with explosive elements.
