Milan, May 13 (LaPresse) – The Kremlin will announce who will represent Russia at the talks with Ukraine on Thursday, May 15 in Istanbul, when Russian President Vladimir Putin considers it necessary to do so. This was stated by Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov, in response to journalists asking who will be part of the Russian delegation. "When the president deems it necessary, we will announce it," Peskov said, according to Russian news agencies. The adviser to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, Mykhailo Podolyak, stated that the Ukrainian leader will not meet with any Russian official in Istanbul who is not Vladimir Putin.
