Rome, 17 May (LaPresse) – IDF armoured military vehicles are advancing south-east of Deir el-Balah, in central Gaza, under heavy covering fire, according to Al Jazeera, citing local Palestinian media. Israeli artillery fire is reportedly targeting the areas of Abu Holi, Abu al-Ajin and al-Jafarawi east of Deir el-Balah, and a series of huge explosions have been reported in the al-Qarara area of Khan Younis in the south.
