"If it is really possible to achieve a ceasefire, then we can only welcome it. This is what the Russian Federation has been calling for since the beginning of this conflict. Therefore, it can and must be welcomed,‘ he said, according to Interfax. ’We hope that this will be a sustainable ceasefire," he added.
