Milan, 11 July (LaPresse) – Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has left the United States for Israel after a four-day visit to Washington. After visiting Thomas Jefferson's historic home in Monticello, Netanyahu arrived at Andrews Joint Base aboard Marine One, US President Donald Trump's helicopter, and he and his wife Sara boarded the Wing of Zion for the return flight. This was reported by the Times of Israel. Shortly before, in an interview with Newsmax, Netanyahu expressed optimism about an agreement on Gaza: ‘I hope we can conclude it in a few days,’ he said. "We will probably have a 60-day ceasefire. We will get the first group of hostages out, and then we will use the 60 days to try to negotiate an end to all of this,‘ he added. ’We believe we can get the deal done,‘ he continued. ’We will defeat these monsters and bring our hostages home," he concluded.
