Kyiv, Aug. 23 (LaPresse) – “I see no sign that Putin is ready for meaningful negotiations, nor for a bilateral meeting” with Volodymyr Zelensky “or a trilateral one” with the Ukrainian president and Donald Trump.
This was stated by Kyiv's Deputy Foreign Minister, Sergiy Kyslytsya, in an interview with NBC News.
“Russia continues to manipulate the United States and President Trump personally, and I think this is becoming very annoying for the Americans, but we’re used to it,” he added.
He also emphasized: “We genuinely need at least a week to prepare a solid draft of a security guarantees package for Ukraine.”
