Kyiv, August 25 (LaPresse) – At the end of the week, a Ukrainian delegation will hold a series of meetings with American allies to develop a basic plan for security guarantees. This was announced by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky during a joint press conference with Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre in Kyiv, as reported by RBC Ukraine. Zelensky will meet today with the special envoy of the President of the United States, Keith Kellogg, "to delve deeper into the matter and to prepare for a possible future meeting with the Russian side," explained the Ukrainian president.
