Washington (USA), September 12 (LaPresse) – Tyler Robinson, the young man suspected of fatally shooting Charlie Kirk, is being held without bail in Utah County Jail by order of a state magistrate judge. According to court documents obtained by CNN, Magistrate Judge Shawn Rice Howell signed a detention order for Robinson this morning. The court documents state that Robinson has no prior criminal record for either misdemeanors or felonies. He is being held on multiple initial charges, including aggravated murder, discharging a firearm, and obstruction of justice, but has not yet been formally indicted.
