Milan, 15 October (LaPresse) – The Israeli government has decided to cancel the sanctions on Gaza scheduled for today, which included restrictions on humanitarian aid and the closure of the Rafah border crossing between the Strip and Egypt, after Hamas announced the return of four more bodies of deceased hostages. This was reported by the Israeli broadcaster Kan, as relayed by the Times of Israel. Therefore, according to Kan, the Rafah crossing will reopen today and humanitarian aid will be able to enter Gaza as planned. According to the broadcaster, Hamas has returned these four additional bodies, which it claims are those of four hostages, but has not revealed their identities. The bodies have been taken to a forensic institute, where identification could take up to two days.
