Hong Kong: cargo plane skids off runway, two dead

Hong Kong, 20 October (LaPresse) – A cargo plane belonging to Turkish airline Act Airlines, coming from Dubai, veered off the runway and crashed into the sea while landing at Hong Kong International Airport. In the accident, the aircraft collided with a security car, killing the two people on board. Four crew members were rescued. Although the flight was operated by Act Airlines, the Boeing was owned by Emirates, which had chartered it to the Turkish company.
