Migrants: shipwreck off Lesbos, at least four dead

Turin, 27 October (LaPresse) – At least four migrants have died in a shipwreck off the Greek island of Lesbos, in the northern Aegean Sea, Greece. This was reported by the public broadcaster Ert. Searches are underway to locate possible missing persons after the rescue of seven people. The survivors are Sudanese, the broadcaster said, adding that it is not known exactly how many people were on board. The search, supported by a helicopter and land units, is being hampered by strong winds in the area.
