Turin, 6 November (LaPresse) – Meghan Markle will return to the big screen after seven years with a small cameo in the film “Close Personal Friends”. This was reported by the US press. Lily Collins, Jack Quaid, Brie Larson and Henry Golding will star in the comedy, which is currently being filmed in Los Angeles. According to Variety, the story revolves around a “normal” couple who meet a celebrity couple during a trip to Santa Barbara. Markle starred in the series “Suits” for seven seasons and appeared in the films “The Devil Wears Prada” and “Remember Me” before marrying Prince Harry in 2018. She has not acted for over seven years, although her production company, Archewell Productions, renewed its agreement with Netflix in August. Through this partnership, Markle has been executive producer of documentary series such as Polo and Live to Lead, as well as Markle's lifestyle series With Love, Meghan, the second season of which was released in the summer. It's a new chapter,‘ Markle, 36, told Page Six when she left her role in “Suits” to become Duchess of Sussex. ’I've ticked that box and I'm very proud of the work I did there, now it's time to work with Harry as a team."
