Milan, 26 November (LaPresse) – The Antitrust Authority has initiated precautionary proceedings against Meta for abuse of its dominant position. The Authority itself reported this in a statement, explaining that, according to the Antitrust Authority, the new contractual conditions of WhatsApp Business Solution Terms, introduced on 15 October, and the integration of new interaction tools or Meta AI features in WhatsApp, may limit production, outlets or technical development in the AI Chatbot services market.
