Ukraine, Zelensky: ‘Drone attack overnight, one dead and 19 wounded’

Rome, 30 November (LaPresse) – "Emergency operations are currently underway in Vyshhorod, in the Kiev region, following the Russian attack. Russia struck the city with drones, damaging numerous residential buildings. At the moment, there have been reports of casualties: 19 people injured, including children. One person lost their life in this attack. My condolences to the family and loved ones. There are also casualties in the Dnipro and Kharkiv regions. The attacks also hit the Odessa, Sumy and Kherson regions. A total of 122 attack drones and two ballistic missiles were launched during the night." Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky wrote this on social media. “Attacks of this kind happen every day,” he emphasised. “This week alone, the Russians have used nearly 1,400 attack drones, 1,100 guided aerial bombs and 66 missiles against our population. This is exactly why we must strengthen Ukraine's resilience every single day.” ‘Missiles and air defence systems are essential, but equally crucial is actively working with our partners for peace. We need real and reliable solutions that will help end this war. I thank everyone who is helping,’ Zelensky concluded.
